A strong business.
A missing search presence.

The rebrand moved the business, but search visibility never followed. The nearest opportunity is a careful relaunch, not a rebuild: fix what Google would read, reconnect the old addresses, then let it in.

Seven areas assessed
SIX FINDINGS THAT SHAPE THE PLAN
01

The new site is hidden from Google.

All 33 assessed pages carry noindex, nofollow. DataForSEO and Semrush both report zero organic visibility for the new domain.

02

The rebrand broke the route to the business.

Nine of the ten old pages that ranked now forward to a page-not-found error. The old site’s search presence fell from about 170 keywords to seven.

03

Turning indexing on is not the first step.

Eleven pages describe the parent as a fitness financer under a sister brand’s name. Four articles are 90–97% duplicates of that brand’s content.

04

The foundations need a careful cleanup.

The weighted audit score is 38/100. It flags missing company markup, eight pages without a main heading, thin hubs and a roughly 30 MB homepage.

05

The authority exists. The answers don’t.

1,801 websites link to the new domain, more than three of four competitors. Yet the Insight family reaches page one on only two of 32 tested buyer searches.

06

AI knows the sister brands, not the parent.

Insight is named in 11 of 177 tracked answers, versus 33 for CHG-MERIDIAN. No answer in that sample used the parent website as a source.

Source: Skyward’s initial assessment, using DataForSEO, Semrush and live checks on 12 October 2026. These are supplied findings, not an independently rerun audit.

The old site drew an estimated 500–1,500 monthly visits before the rebrand, predominantly from company-name searches. Recovering that route is the first opportunity — not a guaranteed traffic target.

DataForSEO, October 2026; traffic levels rounded from the assessment. Semrush and DataForSEO disagree on some competitor trends, so no competitor growth claims are made here. Authority is a third-party metric, not a Google score.

THE BRAND SEARCH GAP

Your own name should lead to you.

In the supplied live checks, sister sites and an unrelated asset manager fill the space left by the parent.

AI VISIBILITY

The brands are known. The parent isn’t cited.

One day of assistant tracking is an initial signal, not a stable share-of-voice measurement.

THE CONTENT OPPORTUNITY

Five search groups. One connected family.

About 14,500 monthly searches in the assessment. One owner per intent keeps the brands from competing with each other.

Parent site

Who to lease from

7,300US searches / month

Equipment financing · equipment leasing · equipment finance companies

Enterprise and public-sector leasing; why choose an independent lessor.

Parent site

How leases work

5,170US searches / month

Operating vs finance lease · ASC 842 · lease calculator

Rewrite the hidden guides, correct accounting claims and add a useful calculator.

IFS

Technology & IT

1,060US searches / month

Hardware as a service · device as a service · technology leasing

Build on IFS’s proven IT leasing page with lifecycle and device guidance.

Harbor Capital

Forklifts & warehouses

600US searches / month

Forklift leasing · forklift financing · forklift lease rates

Dedicated forklift and warehouse-automation pages, not a single line in a hub.

Insight Capital Finance

Fitness equipment

370US searches / month

Gym equipment financing · commercial fitness equipment leasing

Consolidate content on the fitness brand and answer franchise-opening questions.

DataForSEO monthly volumes, grouped in the supplied assessment; rounded total 14,500 (group sum 14,500). Volumes are searches, not visits or leads.

Restore. Align.
Then grow.

Three groups of work, in the order the assessment suggests they pay back. First-party search, analytics and sales data should validate the priorities before implementation begins.

01

Restore the foundations.

Make the parent accurate and accessible before inviting Google back in.

02

Give every topic an owner.

One site per buyer intent. A page plan approved before writing begins.

03

Build, learn, compound.

Turn expertise into useful answers — and measure the business they bring.

THE ORDER MATTERS

Fix the story.
Then open the door.

Removing noindex first would expose fitness-brand descriptions, duplicated articles and inaccurate lease guidance. Relaunch readiness is the first approval gate.

BEFORE INDEXING

Accurate and connected.

Correct the company facts and descriptions. Resolve article ownership. Map old pages to real destinations. Clean the sitemap and verify the retained pages.

AFTER VALIDATION

Discoverable and useful.

Allow indexing, submit the clean sitemap and monitor the transition. Improve product and education pages so the recovered name traffic has a useful place to land.

THE PROOF IS ALREADY THERE

Build on IFS.
Expand the playbook.

IFS reached page one for “IT equipment leasing” in every source check and was cited by Google’s AI. The right page can work within the Insight family.

1st–6th

IFS positions for IT equipment leasing across seven checks.

2 / 32

Buyer searches with an Insight-family first-page result.

0 / 4

Fitness searches with any tested competitor in the first 100.

11

Parent pages needing corrected company descriptions.

One company story. Confirm the portfolio, bank-partner count and former company name with Insight. Assistants quoted older IFS figures; align verified facts across every site.

Guidance a CFO can trust. The source flags a guide claiming operating leases stay off the balance sheet. Under ASC 842, most leases longer than 12 months are recorded; subject-matter review comes before publication.

FOUR8Insight Capital Solutions · SEO & AI Growth Proposal03

Visibility is the start.
Qualified demand is the goal.

Validate outside estimates with Insight’s Search Console, analytics and sales reporting. Separate brand recovery from new buyer demand, then track the inquiries and opportunities that follow.

Estimates, not commitments. The source models 780–1,900 additional non-brand visits per month across the family, plus potential recovery of 500–1,500 historical name-search visits. These are directional opportunity ranges, not forecasts or guarantees. Agree targets and timing only after baseline validation.

Sources, methodology & attribution

This FOUR8 proposal adapts Skyward’s Insight Capital Solutions SEO & AI Visibility Growth Assessment, presented by Drew Schwartz and Paul Skirbe. Live-site and Google checks are dated 12 October 2026. DataForSEO and Semrush provide third-party search estimates; Peec supplies the first-day assistant sample. FOUR8 has not independently rerun the audit and had no access to Insight’s own analytics.

Search positions move daily. AI answers vary by model, prompt and date. The 177-answer assistant sample is separate from the 35-answer Google AI source review. Competitor traffic models disagree on some trends, so this proposal presents levels rather than asserting competitor growth. Search volumes do not imply attainable visits.

Skyward’s leadership biographies and BusBank, Ziprent and Manhattan Eye results belong to Skyward. They remain in the original source and are not presented as FOUR8 credentials.

FOUR8Insight Capital Solutions · SEO & AI Growth Proposal05

Three phases.
Clear deliverables.

A proposed scope for discussion, not an executed agreement. FOUR8’s work is guided by the assessment; final deliverables, implementation responsibilities, fees and timing are agreed before kickoff.

PHASE 01

Restore the foundations.

Make the parent accurate and accessible before inviting Google back in.

  • Validate the crawl against Search Console, analytics and the live site; inventory every page and old address.
  • Rewrite the 11 mismatched descriptions, correct titles and headings, and decide ownership of the four shared articles.
  • Map each old URL to its relevant new destination; test redirects and remove error-page landings.
  • Clean the sitemap of theme leftovers and archives; remove the indexing block only after content and redirect QA.
  • Align company facts, former-name references and Organization markup across the brand family.
  • Prioritize mobile video weight, meaningful image descriptions and thin hub-page improvements.
PHASE 02

Give every topic an owner.

One site per buyer intent. A page plan approved before writing begins.

  • Assign parent-site topics to company selection and lease education; IFS to technology, Harbor Capital to forklifts, and Insight Capital Finance to fitness.
  • Group search demand by buyer intent and map existing pages to keep, improve, redirect, merge or remove.
  • Develop a prioritized page plan and briefs that answer real buyer questions, rather than repeating keyword lists.
  • Review lease-accounting guidance with a qualified subject-matter expert, including ASC 842 and balance-sheet treatment.
  • Agree cross-brand links and content ownership so sister sites support rather than compete with each other.
PHASE 03

Build, learn, compound.

Turn expertise into useful answers — and measure the business they bring.

  • Create and improve approved product pages and lease guides, starting with the clearest competitive gaps.
  • Evaluate a lease calculator and device-as-a-service resources within the agreed page plan.
  • Apply titles, internal links and appropriate structured data to each approved page; QA before publishing.
  • Develop relevant trade-press and editorial opportunities that give search and AI credible sources to cite.
  • Repeat the same 38-search benchmark monthly and maintain a consistent assistant-question sample.
  • Report indexing, branded and non-brand visibility, AI citations and qualified organic inquiries; re-prioritize with first-party data.
HOW THE WORK RUNS

Decisions.
Not just documents.

A repeatable seven-step operation, with a named team and a review rhythm agreed at kickoff.

  • 1. Intake. Connect search, analytics and sales data; establish the real buyer and baseline.
  • 2. What stays. Decide keep, improve, redirect, merge or remove. Insight approves before anything moves.
  • 3. Technical. Check speed, structure, markup, redirects and search-engine access on every retained page.
  • 4. Search analysis. Group intent and match each page to a question. Approve the page plan before drafting.
  • 5. Your pages. Create a brief per page; subject-matter review comes before final optimization and publication.
  • 6. Other sites. Pursue relevant coverage and useful resources that are worth quoting.
  • 7. Measurement. Take a baseline when fixes ship, recheck once they land and use results to order the next cycle.

Three approval gates. Insight signs off on removals and redirects, the page plan, and final drafts. No specific ranking, traffic increase or AI citation is guaranteed. Additional development, tools and external costs require an agreed scope.

You have the history.
You have the expertise.
Make it the answer buyers find.
